Assembly Operator - Mechanical

Roles / Responsibilities

· Assemble and fabricate products based on blueprints, drawings, or verbal instructions. This includes parts such as metal frames

· Operate fabrication machinery, including drills, presses, saws, welders, and CNC equipment.

· Inspect components and assemblies to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards. Identify and correct defects or issues.

· Accurately handle raw materials (e.g., metals, plastics, etc.), ensuring that they are prepared and cut to specifications before assembly

· Maintain and inspect tools and machinery to ensure they are in good working conditions. Perform minor repairs when necessary.

· Complete production logs, assembly reports, and quality check sheets accurately.

Skills/Knowledge:

· Knowledge in Powder coating

· Accurate knowledge on fasteners and sheet bending machine.

Education and Experience

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in Sheet bending and Assembling Activity.
• 0-3 years experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
