Assembly Line Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly and production of components/products as per instructions.
• Operate basic machinery, tools, and equipment under supervision.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Conduct basic quality checks on finished products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Learn and develop skills required for independent machine/line operation.
• Report issues or defects to supervisors immediately.
• Support continuous improvement and team production goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: ITI / Diploma / +2 / Any equivalent qualification.
• Freshers can apply (training will be provided).
• Basic knowledge of mechanical / electrical tools preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Physically fit to work in a manufacturing setup.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
