Evaluate and recommend new technologies, equipment, and methods to improve manufacturing efficiency and capability Utilize of software such as AutoCAD,3D model to Prepare & Evaluate assembly line processes. Analyse Assembly process and products to identify bottlenecks, optimize workflow, and improve overall efficiency. Conduct value stream mapping and process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. Optimize people and materials flow, area utilization, and workstation de-sign to enhance efficiency and productivity. Lead initiatives to improve overall productivity and efficiency within the manufacturing environment. Drive process improvements on Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by appropriate data analysis. Qualifications for the role: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field). Masters degree preferred. Minimum 12-15 years of hands-on experience in advanced manufacturing, layout development, simulation, or related fields of digitalization. Knowledge of Industry 4.O and strong experience in layout development and optimization required. Proficiency in using AutoCAD, 3D Modelling software, Microsoft tools -Excel, word & PPT. Collaborate with senior leadership to define business priorities and set actionable goals Should have strong Leadership qualities to fosters a positive culture, provides direction ,inspire, resolve disputes and delegating task to a team Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement, ability to think big, act small, and scale fast. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead change initiatives. Strong sense of urgency, accountability and highly objective oriented. Highly organized and efficient in approaching tasks, a self-starter with the ability to problem-solve. Clear, concise, and articulate communication skills - verbal, written, and listening.
