Following-up with vendors for timely deliveries & quality checks as well as ensuring timely payment Confirming the payment terms & explaining them the procedures & standards of the company. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing. Track orders and ensure timely delivery with suppliers Preparation of PO (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery Well versed with MS office/ Excel/ERP Skill Sets & Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in a Purchase Executive or similar role, preferably within the engineering or manufacturing industry. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse Vendors at all levels.
