Conduct structured onboarding training plans before new operators are assigned production tasks. Conduct hands-on training for new hires and existing technicians across all assembly processes. Instruct on product assembly techniques, work instructions (WI), and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Provide detailed training on documentation such as job cards, Material Dispatch Reports (MDR), and related records. Train technicians on workplace safety protocols, PPE usage, and regulatory compliance. Prepare, maintain, and continuously update training content including manuals, videos, and job aids. Customize training to accommodate changes in products, processes, or technology. Skill Development & Evaluation Evaluate operator skills through structured assessments and on-the-job observations. Maintain operator training records, skill matrices, and certification databases. Conduct refresher training and coaching sessions based on evaluation outcomes. Plan and execute operator multiskilling programs to enhance workforce flexibility and coverage. Shop Floor Discipline & Safety Reinforce shop floor discipline, 5S implementation, and good manufacturing practices. Regularly conduct safety awareness sessions and monitor adherence. Promote a culture of continuous improvement through operator engagement in Quality Circles and Kaizen activities. Act as a liaison between operators and management to address line-level challenges and support resolution.
