Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Plant In-Charge to manage daily operations at our crusher equipment manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in production planning, equipment assembly, shop floor supervision, quality control, and team coordination. Knowledge of OEM practices, welding, machining, and fabrication is essential.
