Assembly Fitter We are seeking a skilled Assembly Fitter with a strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience in machine assembly. The ideal candidate will have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and be proficient in fitting and assembling various mechanical components such as shafts, gears, bearings, and pneumatic systems. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret technical and engineering drawings. Assemble mechanical components with precision and accuracy. Use a variety of hand and power tools, including Vernier calipers and micrometers, to ensure dimensional accuracy. Perform basic welding and sheet metal fabrication tasks (preferred but not essential). Ensure all assemblies meet quality and safety standards. Requirements: Proven experience in mechanical assembly or machine fitting. Strong understanding of mechanical components and pneumatic systems. Familiarity with measuring instruments and workshop safety practices. Basic welding and fabrication skills are an advantage.
