As Deputy Manager - Forging Maintenance Mechanical in Bangalore, your role will involve the day-to-day operation and maintenance of heavy mechanical and hydraulic presses. You will be responsible for conducting preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance scheduling and execution. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing root causes of issues, managing continuous improvement projects, and establishing and following up on cost-saving projects. You will also be involved in planning and executing predictive and planned maintenance activities according to the schedule. In addition, you will oversee spare parts management and vendor handling, as well as follow up on machining and inspection based on mechanical drawings. Your role will also entail planning maintenance team shifts and schedules for efficient operations. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a B.E/B.Tech degree, have 5-10 years of experience, and possess a background in forging press and machining maintenance. Mechanical drawing knowledge, press machine knowledge, and experience in press dismantling and assembling are essential for this role. Additionally, experience as a Mechanical Engineer in installation and maintenance, RFQ floated maintenance engineer, and press maintenance expertise are preferred qualifications.,
