Assembling and Maintenance production trainee

In this role as an Assembling and Maintenance Production Trainee, you will be focusing on learning the fundamentals of assembling products on a production line and gaining hands-on experience with basic equipment maintenance. Your primary goal will be to become a fully skilled production technician capable of both assembling products and performing routine maintenance tasks. **Role Overview:** - Following assembly instructions to accurately assemble product components using hand tools and power tools. - Performing quality checks on assembled parts to ensure they meet specifications. - Identifying and reporting any defects or inconsistencies during assembly. - Maintaining proper workstation organization and cleanliness. **Key Responsibilities:** - Learning basic maintenance procedures for production equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor adjustments. - Identifying potential equipment malfunctions and reporting them to the supervisor. - Assisting with preventative maintenance tasks as directed. **Qualifications Required:** - Mechanical aptitude: Basic understanding of mechanical principles and ability to use hand tools effectively. - Attention to detail: High level of accuracy and ability to identify minor defects. - Good hand-eye coordination: Ability to assemble components precisely. - Basic reading and math skills: Understanding technical drawings and measurements. - Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with other production team members to meet production goals. - Willingness to learn: Eagerness to acquire new skills and knowledge related to assembly and maintenance.
