As a candidate for the role, your primary responsibility will be to develop strategic and engaging storytelling messaging on narratives related to the political domain and election campaigns. Additionally, you will be required to strategize and execute a digital advertising plan aligned with the business strategy, working closely with the Digital advertising team. People management will be a crucial aspect of your role, involving the identification, recruitment, and management of a high-caliber team to achieve business objectives effectively. You will also supervise and guide content creators across various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Sharechat, Moj, Telegram, and Koo. Conducting landscape assessments, competitor analysis, and supporting the development of advertising material across multiple platforms will be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will assist in planning, executing, and tracking new trends in a similar space. Qualifications Required: - Good understanding of Indian politics, history, and current affairs - Proficiency in both written and spoken Hindi, English, and Assamese - 4-10 years of professional experience in a media organization - Digital media expertise with a deep understanding of effective communication on social media platforms - Ability to synthesize complex concepts, formulate clear viewpoints, and craft compelling narratives - Strong project management skills, including managing stakeholders, external agencies, and multiple campaigns simultaneously - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong prioritization skills - Willingness to take initiative and go beyond the scope of the job role - Adaptive and flexible mindset to manage ambiguity and engage in an iterative creative process Please note that this is a contractual role until April 2026.
