Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operation of the ASRS system for storage, retrieval, and tracking of finished wire rod coils. Monitor and control ASRS automation, conveyors, coil lifters, stacker cranes, and transfer cars for smooth material flow. Ensure real-time coil tracking and data accuracy by maintaining communication between Level-2 automation and ASRS. Verify coil identification through barcode/RF tags and maintain accurate records in the system. Troubleshoot operational issues, including coil movement and storage bottlenecks; ensure prompt resolution for uninterrupted operations.
