Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting potential customers, promoting products/services, and closing sales in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Visit potential and existing customers in the assigned area to promote and sell products/services. Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking. Demonstrate product features, provide quotations, and explain pricing and payment options. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Build long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent post-sale support. Collect market feedback and report to management. Attend daily/weekly sales meetings and submit reports as required. Requirements: Proven experience in field sales or similar customer-facing roles (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Willingness to travel within assigned territory Language proficiency as per region (local language preferred). Benefits: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives.
