Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, tenants, and investors. Conduct site visits and property showings. Negotiate deals and close sales effectively. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor offerings. Requirements: Graduate / Undergraduate with strong communication skills. Prior experience in real estate sales will be an advantage (Freshers with passion for sales are welcome). Good negotiation and presentation skills. Self-motivated and target-driven.
