About the Role:

InstaAstro is looking for a skilled ASO Expert with 3 years of hands-on experience in driving app visibility, organic downloads, and improving conversion rates across Google Play and the App Store. The candidate should be data-driven, creative, and deeply familiar with how app store algorithms work.

You will be responsible for developing and executing ASO strategies, optimizing creative assets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize app growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute ASO strategies to improve app visibility and organic growth.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for both Google Play and App Store.
  • Optimize app titles, descriptions, screenshots, and preview videos for higher conversion rates.
  • Monitor key performance metrics including installs, rankings, ratings, and conversion rates.
  • Plan and run A/B tests on app creatives and metadata to identify best-performing variations.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to implement ASO best practices.
  • Track and report performance metrics with actionable insights for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest ASO trends, algorithm updates, and market opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in App Store Optimization (Android & iOS).
  • Strong understanding of app store algorithms, ranking factors, and conversion optimization.
  • Proficiency with ASO tools such as AppTweak, MobileAction, Sensor Tower, or AppFollow.
  • Familiarity with Google Play Console, App Store Connect, and Firebase analytics.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across marketing, product, and creative teams.

Preferred:

  • Experience with mobile apps in lifestyle, wellness, or spirituality domains.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing and mobile user acquisition funnels.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
