As a Piping Designer, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in Mechanical Engineering to contribute to the ATF/Pharma sector with a minimum of 4 years of experience. Your primary focus will be on utilizing Plant 3D for equipment and piping modeling at an expert level. You should possess a strong command over AutoCAD 2D and demonstrate proficiency in process piping design, including the ability to comprehend P & ID and develop piping layouts independently. Hands-on experience with Navis Review is essential for this role. Your role will also involve showcasing a good working knowledge of various piping codes and standards such as ASME, ASTM, API, ANSI, and familiarity with ASME-BPE standards. You will be tasked with 3D modeling of Fermenter and Bio-reactor systems, Filtration systems, CIP skids, Process vessel systems, and utilities in compliance with ASME BPE. Additionally, you will handle the preparation of equipment general arrangement drawings, isometrics, fabrication drawings, and final piping detail drawings for various stages of approval and construction. Your responsibilities will extend to extracting MTOs from Plant 3D, generating manual MTOs from 2D drawings, communicating effectively with team leads and members, coordinating across different disciplines, participating in model reviews, and guiding trainee designers. Your core competencies should include proficiency in Autodesk Plant 3D and AutoCAD. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 4 years of experience in a similar capacity.
