Key Responsibilities: Design and engineering of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, Storage tanks & Skids & other static equipment in accordance with ASME, TEMA, IS, API, and client specifications by using design tools like PV Elite, FEA (Ansys), Compress, HTRI (Bonus), and Excel-based calculations . Perform the Mechanical Design as per ASME U & U2 Handle AI/ AIS & ASME Team Leader for ASME U, U2 & R stamp renewal Perform Manual Design Calculations for Storage tanks as per API standards Review and prepare GA drawings, fabrication drawings, nozzle orientation plans, lifting arrangements , etc. Coordinate with clients, third-party inspectors (TPIs), and internal teams (Procurement, Planning, QA/QC, Production). Participate in design reviews, HAZOP studies (Optional), and technical meetings with customers or consultants. Support estimation teams during proposal stage by providing design inputs, weights, and man-hour estimates. Ensure timely delivery of engineering deliverables as per project schedule. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior design engineers. Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization of engineering tools/templates. Regard Heena 9137266698
