Your expertise in pipe stress analysis software, particularly CAESAR II, will be crucial for this role. Proficiency in 3D modeling tools like SmartPlant 3D, PDMS, E3D, and model review tools like Navisworks and SmartPlant Review is required. You should have expertise in equipment and piping 3D modeling for various components such as process equipment, tanks/vessels, valves, instruments, pipe supports, and structural steel. You must possess the ability to read and understand engineering documentation such as P&ID, site-plot plan, isometrics, plan & section views, and vendor drawings. Additionally, you should have knowledge of Economic Piping & Equipment layout focusing on safety, accessibility, operability, maintenance ability, and constructability. Furthermore, you should have a strong understanding of various piping fittings & valves, piping materials, inline components, and piping specialty items. Your role will also involve performing equipment nozzle orientation, pipe routing, and support location identification while ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards like ASME B31.3, B31.1, EN, and API.
