Post: Marketing Manager -Secondary sales & Marketing for Steel bar co

Location: Krishnagiri

CTC: Maximum gross up to 60 KPM

dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager Secondary Sales

The role is focused on managing dealer/distributor sales, developing strategies to increase sales from distribution partners (secondary sales), and supporting marketing activities to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Secondary & Channel Management

  • Drive

    secondary sales

    by ensuring distributors sell to dealers/retailers and achieve assigned targets. Scribd • Monitor and analyze monthly secondary sales trends and performance. Scribd • Identify, onboard, and develop

    dealers, distributors, and channel partners

    in the assigned territory to expand network and market coverage. iimjobs.com • Conduct regular

    market field visits

    to assess product availability, sales execution, pricing compliance, and competitor activity. iimjobs.com • Support distribution partners with sales strategies, order management, and incentives to boost secondary off-take.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Assist in planning and implementing

    marketing campaigns

    POS materials, promotional programs, and customer engagements

Customer & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

    key dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and influencers

    in the building materials ecosystem. iimjobs.com • Actively support channel partners with product knowledge, training, and best practices to improve sales and satisfaction.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Prepare and submit

    weekly, monthly and quarterly sales & marketing reports

Qualifications & Experience

  • Any

    Bachelors degree

    Minimum

    5+ years of experience

    in sales & marketing within the

    building materials industry

    (e.g., cement, tiles, paints, steel, pipes, construction chemicals) with strong secondary sales focus.
