The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the full MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack and proven leadership skills to guide a team of developers. This role combines advanced technical expertise with project and team management responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of front-end and back-end developers working on MERN stack-based web applications. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA to deliver high-quality products. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using the MERN stack. Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express. Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Conduct regular code reviews, mentor team members, and ensure coding best practices. Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor project progress. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, primarily using the MERN stack. Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. Experience in project and team management. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Experience with Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus. Nice to Have: Familiarity with GraphQL, Redux, TypeScript, or Next.js.
