Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments by managing their schedules and coordinating necessary activities. Additionally, you will assist in coordinating meeting rooms and parking availability based on team members" needs, support visitor arrangements, conduct new employee inductions, manage the SCTR and personnel documentation, and assist in maintaining the employee and worker roster for the project. Qualifications Required: - 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant. - Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Relations, or related fields. - Previous experience in the construction/mining sector. - Proficiency in SAP and Scope. - Advanced level of Excel knowledge. - Willingness to work in Lima (Monday - Saturday).
