Flipkart Account Manager / E-Commerce ExpertPosition Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Account Manager / E-Commerce Expert to manage and grow our brand’s presence on Amazon and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving sales, optimizing product listings, running performance-driven ads, and ensuring overall account health. ✨ Key Responsibilities1. Account Management Manage daily operations of the Amazon Seller Central account. Ensure account health compliance (Performance, Policy, Return rate, Feedback, etc.). Monitor orders, returns, and customer messages to maintain high service levels. 2. Product Listing & Optimization Create, update, and optimize product listings (Title, Bullet Points, Descriptions, A+ Content). Conduct keyword research for better ranking and visibility. Improve product images, infographics, and content quality. 3. Advertising & Marketing Create and manage PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display). Monitor campaign performance, ACOS, ROAS, and make data-driven optimizations. Run deals, coupons, promotions, and brand-building activities. 4. Inventory & Operations Maintain healthy stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishment. Forecast demand and avoid stockouts or overstock. Handle shipments (FBA Planning, labels, dispatching, etc.). 5. Reporting & Analytics Track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and prepare detailed reports. Analyze competitor performance, pricing strategy, and market trends. Provide insights for continuous business growth. 6. Brand Management Maintain brand reputation through review management and customer service. Work on brand registry, trademark, and protection of listings. Ensure content quality and consistency across all listings. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–3+ years of experience in Amazon Seller Central or e-commerce management. Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, and marketplace algorithms. Proficiency in tools like Helium10, Jungle Scout, Gicker, Drona, etc. Good communication and analytical skills. Ability to work with data and generate insights for growth. Knowledge of Excel, listing tools, and campaign optimization.
