Job Description: Expectations Criteria Descriptions - Sales Executive Positions- 1 Positions Job Description : Client Communication: Contact clients via telephone and email to secure orders. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers. Address customer inquiries and requirements promptly. Lead generation & client acquisition Negotiation & closing deals 2. Order Management: Coordinate with customers for order processing and delivery. Ensure timely follow-up on orders and update customers on the status. 3. Business Development: Identify and target potential new customers. Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base. 4. Payment Tracking: Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment. Resolve any payment-related issues in coordination with the finance team. 5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to retain and grow customer relationships. Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner. Locations of Candidate · The candidate should be of the Central line · Candidate of Thane City will be preferred. Job Description for the Post of Assistant Production Manager : About the Company: Ashu Organics (I)Pvt ltd is a leading manufacturing company in Specialty chemicals for local and export company, Company has 6 manufacturing plants with 5 in Maharashtra and 1 upcoming plant in Gujarat. With head office, located in Thane. Job Description: Activities and Tasks : The responsibilities would include but not limited to : 1. Execute Batch Production as per monthly production plan received from production manager. 2. Timely report to production manager orally or by email as regards Deviations in production, Like Excess time, Production completion time, Variation, temperature related, pressure related, additional time required etc and present primary investigation report to the manager.. 3. Timely reporting to production manager on issues faced while implementing the plan. 4. Timely inform to maintain engineer and Manager by writing in maintainence book regarding breakdown issues and take followup for completion with the maintainence team. 5. Highlight the issues faced with machinery on which production is carried our or where it will be carried out. 6. Handling of man power. 7. From ERP software , release issue slip to stores team and arrange required raw materials for batch production and posting of Output of SFG or FG in ERP software. 8. Analysing the batch sheet filled by the team., check and analyse the completed batch sheet and present it to Production manager in completed form. 9. Issue of work permit with prior authorisation of production manager and closure of same permit on completion. 10. Coordination with QC for samples and analysis. Structure and Reporting : Reporting to Production manager of that unit. Other Qualification required for this role : - A Min qualification of BSC / MSC with few years of work experience with preference to manufacturing industry. - Should be able to operate ERP software, preferred Business Central. - Strong inter-personal and communication skills. - Personal qualities of integrity, creditability, and unwavering commitment to organizational mission. - Proactive, hands on strategic thinker who is ready to take responsibility of the finance department. Location : The Position is based in Badlapur and Ambernath Plants.
