JOB Description: The role is field-based and will require the candidate to travel across Delhi/Noida NCR to promote and sell our range of electrical and automation products to retailers and resellers. CTC shall vary between 3 LPA to 6 LPA. Key Responsibilities: Visit retail electrical shops and industrial resellers in the assigned area Promote and explain our product range (Rittal, Hensel, Salzer, L&T, etc.) Build strong relationships with local retailers and channel partners Identify new business opportunities and generate leads Take product feedback and report market trends Achieve sales targets and assist in collections Submit daily visit reports and maintain customer records Coordinate with internal sales and logistics team for order fulfillment Required Qualifications:BBA and Diploma in Management (recently completed) Interest in sales and marketing Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of electrical/automation industry is a plus Must have a two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred) Work Type: On-site / Field Sales Region: Delhi NCR (local travel) Build business by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining relationships with clients · Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analysing sales options · Conducting preliminary site visit and collecting information required for proposal · Prepare preliminary proposal and follow-up with the prospect till closure · Sells companies products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions · Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities · Expertise in B2B sales environment, navigating corporate processes & dealing with admin managers/ purchase-procurement teams/ Accountant · Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors · Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information Preparing MIS and other reports as per the requirement
