We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and result-oriented PGT Political Science Teacher who can effectively teach Political Science to Classes 11 & 12 and Social Science to Classes 9 & 10 as per the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate must have expertise in CBSE board preparation and be capable of mentoring students for competitive exams such as SSC, UPSC (foundation level) and general knowledge enhancement of students. Key Responsibilities: Academic: Deliver engaging and syllabus-aligned lessons in Political Science (Classes 11-12) and Social Science (Classes 9-10) as per CBSE standards. Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, test papers, and evaluation tools. Use innovative teaching methodologies and digital resources to improve conceptual understanding. Identify weak areas of students and provide academic support or remedial classes as needed. Exam & Board Result Focus: a. Ensure excellent academic outcomes in CBSE board exams through focused teaching strategies, revision plans, and mock assessments. b. Maintain academic records and student progress reports. 3. Competitive Exam Guidance: a. Introduce students (especially from Classes 9-12) to foundational concepts of SSC and UPSC level preparation. b. Integrate current affairs, general studies, and GK topics into teaching for holistic development. c. Mentor and motivate students showing aptitude for civil services and government jobs. 4. General Knowledge & Awareness: a. Organize weekly GK sessions, quiz contests, and awareness programs within the school. b. Encourage students to read newspapers, journals, and educational magazines. Desired Candidate Profile: Qualification: Master’s degree in Political Science with B.Ed. (mandatory). Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience at senior secondary level in a CBSE school. Strong command over NCERT curriculum and updated with CBSE exam patterns. Exposure to guiding students for SSC, UPSC foundation, or other government exams (preferred). Passionate about improving students’ academic knowledge and general awareness. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable TGT Social Studies Teacher to teach Classes 4 to 8. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of the CBSE curriculum, be passionate about developing student interest in History, Geography, Civics, and Economics, and also actively contribute to enhancing General Knowledge and awareness among students. Academic: Plan and deliver structured lessons in Social Science (History, Civics, Geography, Economics) for Classes 4 to 8. Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and evaluation materials in alignment with CBSE curriculum and learning objectives. Use interactive and activity-based teaching methods to engage students in social science learning. Prepare students thoroughly for CBSE periodic tests and term exams. Enrichment & Competitive Preparation: Incorporate current events, news analysis, and GK enhancement exercises into regular teaching. Conduct awareness programs and discussions on Indian polity, constitution, governance, etc., to build a foundational understanding . Organize weekly quizzes, map activities, and debates to promote critical thinking and awareness. Mentorship & Values: Encourage curiosity, civic responsibility, and social awareness among students. Mentor students with aptitude for social sciences and motivate them to aim for higher academic and competitive goals. Desired Candidate Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in History, Geography, Political Science or related discipline with B.Ed. Experience: Minimum 2–4 years teaching experience in a CBSE school as TGT Social Science. Strong knowledge of NCERT books and CBSE assessment patterns. Ability to relate textbook content with real-life social, economic, and political issues. Skilled in managing classroom dynamics and using digital tools in teaching. Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
