Classroom Management and Student Engagement: Create a positive and disciplined learning environment. Motivate and guide students towards academic goals and cultivate interest in Chemistry and science careers. Identify and support underperforming students with remedial teaching plans. Coordination and Collaboration: Collaborate with subject teachers for interdisciplinary activities and curriculum integration.
