We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee and manage our inventory and storage operations. This crucial role involves managing the storage of parts, raw materials, and finished products, ensuring they are well-organized and handled efficiently to support our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in inventory or warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the store department. - Implement inventory controls and systems to ensure the accuracy and safety of all stored materials. - Supervise, train, and manage store department staff to ensure efficient operation. - Coordinate with procurement and production departments to ensure timely availability of necessary materials. - Maintain records of inventory levels, orders, and shipments. - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. - Develop and implement improvements to existing storage systems and processes. - Prepare and report on inventory levels, supply chain progress, and operational efficiency to upper management. - Ensure a clean and safe environment in the store area in compliance with company and legal standards. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar managerial role. - Strong understanding of inventory management, warehousing, and logistics in a manufacturing environment. - Excellent organizational and leadership skills. - Good communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficient in database management and common computer software. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or relevant field.
