About the Role We are an innovative software company in Ernakulam building a cutting-edge SaaS financial application. We're looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain our core platform. You will work across the entire stack—from front-end components to back-end APIs and databases—to deliver a secure, high-performance, and seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities Front-End: Build and maintain responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.js . Back-End: Design and implement robust, scalable server-side logic and RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django). Database: Manage and optimize data models and schemas in MongoDB for efficiency and scalability. Code Quality: Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code, and participate in collaborative code reviews. Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve technical challenges, bugs, and performance issues across the stack. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 1-2+ years of proven experience in full-stack software development. Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in React.js , including Hooks and state management (e.g., Redux, Context API). Solid experience with a Python web framework like FastAPI, Flask, or Django. Hands-on experience with MongoDB , including database design and query optimization. Fundamentals: Strong knowledge of Git, RESTful API design principles, and security best practices (JWT, OAuth). Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and take ownership. Bonus Points Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure). A strong interest in the FinTech space. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
