About the Role We’re looking for a data-driven, creative Digital Marketing Executive to scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Social Media, and Email Marketing — all with a laser focus on driving measurable bookings, leads, and ROI for multiple brands. You’ll work closely with our web development, SEO, and design teams to launch campaigns that don’t just get clicks — they get conversions. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch & optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, P-MAX) and Meta Ads (IG/FB) across industries. Manage budgets between ₹50K–₹5L per month and achieve ROAS of 3x–7x . Conduct keyword research, implement on-page SEO, and track performance using GA4 & Search Console. Create and schedule engaging social media content (Reels, carousels, stories, posts). Manage both organic and paid social media campaigns for multiple clients. Write high-converting ad copies, emails, and blog content in collaboration with the design team. Build and maintain dashboards and campaign reports (Google Data Studio / GA4). Join bi-weekly client calls to share campaign results and insights. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing (agency experience preferred). Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and GA4 . Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (keyword research, on-page optimization). Proficient in Canva / Photoshop for quick creatives. Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, charts, formulas). Excellent English communication (written & spoken)
