Proven experience in leading or supporting Oracle EBS 12.2.13 implementations, optimizations, and troubleshooting in a 3PL or related environment. Strong understanding of Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) concepts such as supply chain optimization , capacity planning , and scenario modeling . In-depth knowledge of Demand Planning methodologies and best practices, including statistical forecasting , demand collaboration , and inventory management . Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) configurations and processes. Familiarity with Oracle Inventory , Order Management , Purchasing , and Manufacturing modules. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders. Experience with 3PL processes and understanding the challenges of third-party logistics. Preferred Skills: Certifications in Oracle E-Business Suite or related supply chain management technologies. Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools for data analysis and reporting. Experience with cloud-based or next-gen WMS solutions is a plus. Ability to train and mentor junior team members on best practices and system usage.
