Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager in Hyderabad/ Chennai offering flexibility for partial remote work. The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, strategically develop relationships with clients, and identify business opportunities to boost revenue. Key tasks include meeting sales targets, managing a sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with teams to optimize client satisfaction. The role also involves market analysis and preparing reports on sales performance. Qualifications Sales and Business Development: Proven ability in developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining client relationships. Negotiation and Communication: Strong skills in client negotiations, communication, and presentation to drive sales and meet targets. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Experience in leading teams and collaborating across multiple departments to achieve sales objectives. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in market analysis, sales forecasting, and preparing performance reports. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ground calcium carbonate (GCC) manufacturing and industries served by ACCM is an advantage. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is a plus. Other Skills: Strong MS Office proficiency and CRM tool experience preferred.
