As a BIM Manager, you will be responsible for leading BIM projects throughout their lifecycle, including planning, implementation, and maintenance. Your role will involve close collaboration with project managers, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the effective creation, management, and utilization of BIM models. Your duties will also include managing BIM workflows by establishing and implementing BIM standards and protocols, overseeing data exchange and collaboration, and maintaining the accuracy and currency of BIM models. If you have experience in As-Built modeling, you will coordinate with stakeholders to collect accurate data, organize and process it, and generate BIM models that accurately represent the project's actual conditions. Quality control will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, as you will be tasked with reviewing BIM models to ensure their accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards and protocols. Effective communication with stakeholders regarding BIM-related matters, such as project progress, deadlines, and model changes, will be essential. You may also need to coordinate with stakeholders to address any issues or conflicts that arise in relation to the BIM model. Proficiency in software applications such as Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and others will be crucial for successful execution of your duties as a BIM Manager.,
