Responsibilities

Technical and Professional Requirements:

Candidate should have hands-on exposure with IBM I Series Operations and L2/L2+ Level Administration
Handling escalation from Operations and L1.5/L2 staff and Managing end to end support. AS/400 Printer/out queue management User coordination and Application Team interaction Apply PTF & license management on iSeries (AS/400) servers Knowledge in Incident, problem, and Change management Analytical skills & Root cause Analysis of major issuesAbility to automate routine/manual tasks , migration, OS Upgarde
Preferred Skills:
Technology->AS/400 technologies->AS400 hardware setup Technology->Infrastructure - Server Administration->AS/400 administration Technology->AS/400 technologies->MQ Series with AS400
