Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and guide patients, attendants, and visitors courteously and professionally. Assist patients in registration, admission, discharge, billing, and insurance/TPA related processes. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, and administrative teams to resolve patient queries and ensure smooth service delivery. Provide patients and their families with accurate information regarding hospital facilities, procedures, and policies. Address grievances promptly and escalate unresolved issues to higher authorities when required. Assist in arranging medical records, reports, and follow-up requirements. Support patients in availing insurance, cashless, and reimbursement processes by liaising with the insurance/TPA desk. Ensure effective communication between patients and the hospital staff for better service satisfaction. Maintain proper documentation and reports of patient feedback, complaints, and resolutions. Uphold hospital policies, confidentiality, and patient rights at all times.
