Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Computer Science Teacher to join our faculty team. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, innovative teaching methods, and the ability to inspire students from Grades 1 to 10 (as per school requirement).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Computer Science lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
• Teach foundational concepts such as basics of computers, MS Office, Internet usage, coding (Scratch, Python, C++, Java), robotics, and emerging technologies.
• Foster digital literacy, problem-solving, and logical thinking in students.
• Conduct practical sessions in the computer lab ensuring hands-on learning.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and projects.
• Integrate technology into the teaching-learning process effectively.
• Encourage student participation in coding clubs, competitions, and tech exhibitions.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and proper usage of school technology resources.
• Collaborate with other teachers to integrate computer science concepts into interdisciplinary projects.
• Attend staff meetings, training programs, and contribute to school events.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• B.Ed. qualification (preferred).
• Prior teaching experience in a reputed school (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of programming languages, software applications, and educational technologies.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Desirable Skills

• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and smart classroom tools.
• Experience in guiding students for Olympiads, coding competitions, or project exhibitions.
• Creativity in designing tech-based learning activities.

Pay: ₹11,744.62 - ₹34,434.72 per month
