The ideal candidate for this internship position will be confident, motivated, and eager to start a career in real estate sales. Using a consultative approach, the Sales Executive Intern will reach out to potential investors and clients, qualify leads, and support the sales team in creating new opportunities. This role is ideal for freshers or students looking to gain real-world experience in property consulting and client engagement. Responsibilities Reach out to prospective investors via phone calls and follow-ups Generate leads and qualify them based on interest and budget Assist the sales team in converting leads into property visits or consultations Build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships Meet daily/weekly targets related to outreach and lead conversion Maintain accurate records in CRM or lead trackers Qualifications 0–1 year of experience in sales, telecalling, or customer interaction (interns/freshers welcome) Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi a must, English is a plus) Confidence on phone and ability to handle objections Basic understanding of real estate or eagerness to learn Self-driven, result-oriented, and eager to grow in the field Familiarity with Excel/CRM tools (optional but helpful) What We Offer Real-world sales and client interaction experience in real estate Mentorship from experienced professionals Internship Certificate + Performance-based Incentives Opportunity for Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance
