Job Title: International Business Manager/ Sr Manager B2B (South East Asia) Location: Hyderabad Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years in B2B Business (Pharmaceutical Industry) Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage international B2B business operations, with a primary focus on South East Asia markets . Handle and develop strong relationships with international distributors , ensuring achievement of business targets. Take direct responsibility for driving sales, revenue growth, and market expansion . Manage a diverse product portfolio including: Anti-Retrovirals (ARVs) Oncology Cardiovascular (CVD) Central Nervous System (CNS) Products Identify new business opportunities, establish partnerships, and expand distributor networks. Develop and execute effective business strategies and commercial plans for the region. Ensure compliance with regulatory and commercial requirements in international markets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance) to support business operations. Key Skills & Competencies Strong background in international B2B sales and distribution management . Proven experience handling South East Asia markets . Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong command of English. Strategic thinker with ability to take initiatives and drive results . Willingness to travel extensively for business requirements. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage multicultural stakeholders. Educational Qualification Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Pharmaceuticals, Business Administration, or related field . MBA preferred.
