You will be joining CognoSpace EduServices Private Limited as a STEM Researcher & Educator based in Hyderabad. CognoSpace is dedicated to developing activity-based education solutions that focus on experiential learning. With a curriculum comprising over 500 activities covering STEAM learning, the company partners with schools to create modern experiential learning labs equipped with cutting-edge equipment and technologies like AI, Drones, Automation, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and 3D Designing/Printing. As a STEM Researcher & Educator, you will be instrumental in supporting the R&D initiatives for STEM learning modules and overseeing the day-to-day operations at CognoSpace's educational space within schools. Your responsibilities will include delivering the curriculum, guiding students in conducting science experiments, utilizing AR/VR content, AI concepts, and technologies such as Drones and IoT, managing the educational space, maintaining equipment, ensuring safety compliance, resource management, documentation, school engagement, feedback provision, and potential future training roles. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, possess excellent communication skills, have experience in collaborative environments like laboratories or STEM labs (experience in Robotics labs or Makerspace is advantageous), and be proficient in leveraging digital tools for content delivery and classroom management. Freshers with an Engineering background are encouraged to apply. Upon joining, you will undergo a comprehensive 4-week training program to prepare you for your role before being deployed to schools.
