oryLocation: Ratnagiri & Sindhudurg Industry: FMCG / Food Products / Cashew Processing Position Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Responsible for achieving sales targets for cashew products in the assigned territories of Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg. Identify, appoint, and manage new distributors and retailers. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing distributors, retailers, and key customers. Monitor distributor stock levels, order placement, and ensure timely collections. Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences. Plan and execute local promotional activities, product sampling, and visibility drives to increase brand presence. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and share actionable insights with the sales manager. Provide market feedback on product quality, customer satisfaction, and competitor performance. Ensure timely resolution of customer queries, complaints, and grievances. Key Skills: Strong understanding of FMCG / Food product sales , preferably in cashew or dry fruits. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build a strong distribution network and manage field sales independently. Knowledge of local markets, geography, and customer behavior in Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 2-4 years of field sales experience in FMCG, preferably in food or dry fruit segments. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and market expansion. Other Requirements: Must be willing to travel extensively within Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg.
