Role & responsibilities To head the overall Sales and Business operations of RMC Division To execute the business plan of the organization. To have an idea on Ready Mix Concrete Production, Quality, Products Mix. In-depth knowledge in pouring and machinery used in pouring the RMC with assessment of site knowledge. Candidates need to concentrate more on Business Development, Sales and Marketing activities and explore new markets. To appoint and lead the sales team across all the locations and achieve sales targets To generate marketing leads and sales volume growth. To liaison with customers for bulk orders and execution of the same. Resolve customer issues and complaints Prepare policy for optimal transportation modes and routes. Demonstrate technical presentation to the customers Effective leadership, communication & interpersonal skill with strong analytical and problem solving abilities. Preferred candidate profile B.E / Diploma in Civil 15-20 years of experience in Core Ready Mix Concrete Sales and Business Development activities. Telugu speaking is essential and willing to travel frequently.
