As a Packaging Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating with clients to understand their packaging requirements and providing timely responses to inquiries. You will prepare and share quotations based on client specifications in collaboration with the pricing and production teams. Following up on quotations, converting inquiries to orders, and processing sales orders in the system will be a key part of your role. Acting as a liaison between the customer and the production, dispatch, and accounts teams, you will ensure smooth communication and coordination throughout the sales process. It will also be your responsibility to maintain and update customer databases, order logs, and sales reports regularly. Tracking order status, ensuring on-time deliveries, and handling post-sales support or complaints, if any, will be crucial to providing excellent customer service. In addition, you will collaborate with the design team for artwork approvals and printing files. Assisting the Sales Manager in preparing monthly sales forecasts and performance reports will also be part of your duties. Monitoring stock levels for key packaging SKUs, if applicable, and informing clients accordingly will help in maintaining efficient inventory management. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring you to work in person at the designated location.
