Produce brand-appropriate design presentations. Utilize your experience with all phases of Interior Design, specifically within FF&E, from Concept Design through Construction Administration to realize a successful design concept. Produce mood, material and design presentations with minimal supervisios and Produce furniture plans, specifications, material selections a,n and schedules needed for construction documentation with minimal supervision. Participate in client, vendor and consultant meetings. Utilize knowledge of furniture and technology, custom furniture and lighting solutions, finishes, materials, color selections, and ID specifications. Perform programming, space planning, furniture selection, layout, product pricing, design and selection of fabrics and finishes; including as-built drawings, space plans and final installation drawings for specification and installation of furniture. Requirements and Skills: Furniture systems and specifications. Basic understanding of current state and city building codes as it apply to systems furniture layouts. Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors). Hands-on experience in Excel. Proficiency in making invoices and quotations on Excel.
