Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate. The role is based in Delhi, India. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The role involves daily communication with clients, understanding their needs, presenting wellness products, and following up on sales leads. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in sales, client acquisition and relationship management Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to meet sales targets and work independently Familiarity with the wellness products industry is a plus Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
