Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for an Artist Embroidery Designer / Sketcher Embroidery Designer. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating original embroidery sketches and designs, preparing and finalizing artwork for embroidery production, and collaborating with team members and clients to meet design expectations. Additionally, they will work on innovative embroidery patterns, oversee color combinations, and ensure that designs align with the brand's requirements and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create embroidery designs and motifs for garments and fabrics
• Develop designs for hand embroidery and machine embroidery
• Interpret client briefs and convert ideas into design concepts
• Select appropriate stitches, threads, colors, and textures
• Coordinate with production teams and artisans
• Make revisions based on feedback and approvals
• Research market trends and new embroidery techniques

Required Skills:

• Strong embroidery design and sketching skills
• Knowledge of hand embroidery and machine embroidery
• Basic knowledge of embroidery design software

• Good understanding of fabrics, threads, and stitches
• Creativity, attention to detail, and color sense

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in

  Fashion Designing / Textile Designing / Fine Arts
