As a 3D Modeler , you will play a key role in bringing architectural concepts to life. Your work will directly influence the visualization and presentation of our design ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with designers and project managers to understand architectural concepts and design intent.

Create detailed 3D models of architectural structures and spaces using Blender.

Develop high-quality textures, materials, and lighting setups for realistic renderings.

Produce 3D visualizations to showcase various design options for client presentations and internal discussions.

Ensure adherence to architectural guidelines and project requirements in all models.

Optimize 3D models for performance without compromising accuracy or quality.

Contribute ideas and improvements during design reviews and team discussions.

Stay current with trends and advancements in 3D modeling and architectural visualization.

Requirements

Proven experience as a 3D Modeler with a focus on architectural visualization.

Strong proficiency in 3D modelling software such as 3ds Max, Blender, or similar.

Excellent understanding of architectural design principles and construction techniques.

Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate them into accurate 3D models.

Keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Portfolio demonstrating relevant 3D modelling work, including examples of real-time visualizations

Bonus Points:

Experience with texturing and materials creation.

Knowledge of rendering engines such as V-Ray, Corona Render.

Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) applications.
