As an experienced and skilled Artisanal Bakery CDP, your role will involve leading the bakery team to produce high-quality, artisanal breads. You will be responsible for overseeing daily bakery operations, including production, inventory management, and sanitation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Bakery Operations: Oversee daily bakery operations, ensuring efficient production, effective inventory management, and proper sanitation procedures. - Team Management: Lead, train, and mentor bakery staff to create a positive and productive work environment. - Quality Control: Monitor and uphold high standards of quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction. - Inventory Management: Manage ingredient inventory effectively to minimize waste and optimize supply chain logistics. - Safety and Sanitation: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment for all staff.
