We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to become a part of our team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in English and Malayalam, with a medium level of proficiency in Hindi. This role primarily involves managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries, and contributing to sales efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate proficiently with customers in English, Malayalam, and Hindi to resolve queries and offer assistance. - Cultivate and uphold strong customer relationships to elevate customer satisfaction levels. - Professionally handle both inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support. - Assist customers with product/service details, pricing, and promotions. - Engage in promoting and selling company products/services to potential customers. - Pursue leads and inquiries diligently to convert them into successful sales. - Maintain precise records of customer transactions and interactions. - Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer service experience. Requirements: - Proficiency in English and Malayalam is mandatory, with a medium level of proficiency in Hindi. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Capability to address customer concerns in a professional and efficient manner. - Readiness to work in a customer support and sales-oriented capacity. - Basic familiarity with CRM software and MS Office is advantageous. - Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior experience in customer service or sales is a bonus.
