Artificial Intelligence Engineers

As an AI/ML Engineer Senior Associate Level, you will be responsible for building production-grade ML and multimodal systems to support media workflows. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and deploying multimodal ML models covering NLP, CV, ASR, OCR, and video analytics. - Developing robust pipelines for video frame extraction, speech-to-text, image tagging, and multimodal embeddings. - Implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) with multimodal indexing. - Optimizing model latency for real-time content tagging and streaming workflows. - Implementing batching, quantization, distillation, or GPU optimizations. - Building CI/CD pipelines for ML using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps. - Deploying models as microservices using Docker, Kubernetes, KServe, or FastAPI. - Integrating observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana for model monitoring. - Integrating AI into CMS platforms, OTT apps, and media asset management systems. - Creating APIs for search, recommendations, auto-captioning, and content summaries. - Collaborating with product, content, and media engineering teams. - Mentoring associate engineers and reviewing code. Must-Have Skills: - Strong proficiency in Python along with PyTorch/TensorFlow. - Experience in working with NLP, CV, and speech models. - Knowledge of multimodal LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LLaVA, and LlamaIndex. - Strong understanding of vector search using Pinecone, Weaviate, and FAISS. - Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD.
