Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are looking for a motivated, skilled, and enthusiastic AI Engineer to join our team at Universal Software. The ideal candidate should have an interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and developing intelligent software solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, testing, and optimizing AI-powered applications, models, and automation solutions. Freshers with relevant technical knowledge and experienced candidates with hands-on AI development skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI and Machine Learning solutions.
• Build and integrate AI-powered applications, chatbots, and intelligent automation systems.
• Work with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering.
• Develop and integrate AI APIs into web applications and software products.
• Work with Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
• Prepare, clean, process, and analyze data for AI model development.
• Experiment with AI models and evaluate their accuracy, performance, and reliability.
• Explore Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other team members to implement AI features.
• Troubleshoot, test, and optimize AI applications for performance and scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Python programming and basic software development concepts.
• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning fundamentals.
• Familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Basic understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and debugging skills.
• Willingness to learn new AI technologies and work on real-world projects.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Eligibility

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates with relevant AI/ML projects, internships, or practical experience are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines, or vector databases will be an added advantage.
• A portfolio of AI projects or a GitHub profile demonstrating practical skills is a plus.
