Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Responsibilities

- Leading software engineering projects to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Designing, coding, and testing applications using Python, React Native, and Flutter to deliver exceptional user experiences- Managing application development and lifecycle management to optimize software solutions- Implementing microservices architecture to improve system scalability and reliability- Developing solution architecture and system software to support innovative product development- Overseeing software project management to confirm successful planning, budgeting, and execution- Mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance- Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues- Validating professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct- Encouraging the use of innovative technologies and methodologies to enhance delivery and inspire teams

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience- Oral and written proficiency in English required
