About the Role:
We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented AI Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, training, and optimizing intelligent systems that automate workflows, enhance user experience, and improve business efficiency. You will work closely with the development and data science teams to build AI-driven solutions tailored to organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI-based solutions for automation, chatbots, and workflow enhancement.
• Work with large datasets to train, fine-tune, and evaluate AI models.
• Integrate AI tools and APIs (such as Open AI, Google AI, or Hugging Face) into products and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration.
• Monitor AI performance and continuously improve model accuracy and response quality.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and best practices.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI concepts.
• Experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with API integration and automation tools (Zapier, Lang Chain, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, chatbots, or virtual assistants.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning.
