Role & responsibilities : Solutioning and Architecture: Lead the solution design process for new business opportunities, understanding client needs and translating them into comprehensive and innovative Salesforce solutions across Agentforce, Salesforce Einstein features, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Industry Clouds (Manufacturing, Automotive, etc.) and other relevant Salesforce platforms. Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions that align with client business objectives and technical landscapes. Define the overall technical vision and solution blueprint, including data models, integration strategies, customization approaches, and deployment plans. Pre-Sales Support: Act as the primary technical point of contact during the pre-sales process, collaborating closely with sales teams to understand client requirements and develop winning strategies. Conduct discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions with prospective clients. Develop and deliver tailored solution proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and pricing estimates. Contribute to the creation of compelling sales collateral, including presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept (POC) frameworks. Participate in client presentations and RFP/RFI responses, articulating our technical capabilities and solution differentiators. Go-to-Market Strategy: Contribute to the development and refinement of our Salesforce & AI go-to-market strategies, identifying target industries, use cases, and solution accelerators. Collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful content, including whitepapers, webinars, and case studies, showcasing our Salesforce expertise. Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce product updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform our solution offerings and market positioning. Identify opportunities for new service offerings and solution packages based on market demand and technological advancements. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our Salesforce capabilities and thought leadership. Internal Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to project execution. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to sales and delivery teams on Salesforce best practices and solution approaches. Contribute to the development of internal knowledge assets, methodologies, and best practices related to Salesforce solutioning and pre-sales. Required Skills and Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 10+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with a significant focus on solution architecture and pre-sales activities. Deep and broad knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Agentforce, Salesforce Einstein features, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Industry Clouds (Manufacturing, Automotive, etc.). Proven track record of successfully architecting and presenting complex Salesforce & AI solutions to enterprise clients. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture principles, integration patterns, data migration strategies, and security considerations. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience leading and facilitating client workshops and requirements gathering sessions. Ability to develop compelling value propositions and ROI justifications for Salesforce solutions. Strong business acumen and understanding of common business processes across various industries. Experience responding to RFPs/RFIs and developing detailed solution proposals and SOWs. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. Certifications : Relevant Salesforce Consultant certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, CPQ, FSL, Accredited Professional Certifications, etc.) are highly preferred.
